Horrible service. I came in at 2:58pm to drop off already prepaid package and the doors were already locked, although it states on the door that close at 3pm on Saturdays. As I was walking to the car, a customer who was inside walked out and another person that was right behind me walked right in and they serviced him and as I waited at the door they refused to assist me and claimed they were closed. They assisted a person who was after me and refused service to me, how fair is that! 0 customer service and inability to assist in a proper manner. I do not recommend this location at all! So disappointed with UPS service!

UPS is such a fraudulent shipper, looted one of my package which contains more than $500 worth of goods. The package was lost on the way and no one in UPS could track it. Their website and customer care service is full of garbage, we can't get any help out of it. At last, they paid $100 for the lost package, though I paid $50 for shipping itself. I NEVER EVER use UPS service in my life.

I have been here multiple times. They are quick and efficient. I was especially pleased about how sweet they are. Especially the pretty girl that helped me on May 12th around 1:15 pm. She was kind, helpful and intelligent. Traits that are usually not something I come across. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to this store! I will continue to come here and give them all of my business!

I can confidently say this is the best post office to work with. I've had all positive experiences here. It's quick and easy to drop off packages daily and all employees are friendly and easygoing. Store hours have been updated to include Sundays, although the store hours for Saturday have been reduced without warning (still says 5pm close as of writing, now closes at 3pm for Saturdays) which led to an inconvenience, but outside of that, I'd recommend making this store your daily go-to for UPS drop-offs and any other business you may need to give to a trustworthy postal carrier.
