Abt has one of best sales team. My experience with them were pleasant compared to other big appliances stores and offered the best pricing compared the the rest. Kyle from Abt was very helpful and even helped me change my order when needed. He helped me provided detailed explanation for different models and he was honest and recommended products on the needs and didn't focus on pushing us the the expensive appliances. I would really recommend Abt and Kyle to new customers looking for kitchen appliances, after walking and through three major stores. The delivery team provided high quality of service and we're prefect with their delivery time. The delivery team contacted me 45 minutes before delivery. Reached as scheduled and completed all the delivery in 30 minutes in a safe and profession manner without any damage to the property or appliances. In last two months, only Abt has provided me a perfect delivery without any issues.

Our rep, David Smolen, and our install team were both fantastic! We enjoyed working with David on the phone and email - he's very personable and knowledgeable. Our install team was so efficient, and knowledgeable as well, and indulged us in conversation with them as they worked. The guys are employees of Abt (not a 3rd party), so that is a big plus in our book. Our delivery was right on time, and the guys were so careful not to damage either the new fridge or our house - which was a trick, because that thing is a beast! We will definitely purchase from Abt again based on this experience! Aside from the staff being wonderful - we love our new refrigerator. It's just what we wanted and just like it looked online. It fits perfectly in our kitchen, and has so much space inside! We love the LED lighting at the top and on the sides, and it is a nice quiet unit. Oh, we also love that the water/ ice dispensers are tucked inside the unit instead of taking up valuable door space inside, AND it was a must that the drawer inside the freezer slide fully out of the way of the bottom basket - which it does! We can't say enough nice things. Thanks for everything Abt!

Service was great! The gentlemen were very nice and polite. Both of them worked efficiently and were able to provide quick service. The gentlemen had great communication. The delivery time was perfect. They were able to give the correct time frame when they would be here. Both gentlemen were careful taking out the old equipment and bring in the new equipment.

Awesome service. My order was schedule for delivery on Jan. 6 but my old fridge died and they were able to push up the date to Dec. 31. On delivery day the 2 men that delivered and installed were great. They wore masks, removed the old fridge and did a quick job installing the new one. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Very polite and very professional on all levels of service from the chat when online in moving my order up to the installers. Abt will be my first option if I have to look for appliances in the future.
