I am very unhappy with Lazy Boy in Glenview. They made a HUGE ERROR, yet Sales Mgr Dan forced me to pay for their mistake. As a 75 yr old with mobility problems, I purchased a Non-Rocking Power Recliner, as a Recovery Chair, for $2000. I waited more than 2 months for delivery. On delivery day, we had disassembled & discarded my comfortable, old, recovery chair which this new one would replace. The WRONG CHAIR was delivered. It looked right, but it was a rocker. The delivery person INCORRECTLY SAID it was a non-rocker. Sales Mgr Dan said he would replace the incorrect chair with the correct one, but it would take at least 2 months and we would have to give up the incorrect chair immediately -- LEAVING ME WITH NO CHAIR FOR 2 MONTHS OR MORE. We were forced to keep the incorrect chair. Lacking empathy and fairness, Lazy Boy and Sales Mgr Dan failed to correct their MISTAKE forcing me to keep the $2000 INCORRECT CHAIR.

I was waited on in a timely manner, but halfway through the experience my salesperson left to find out if the chair came in another color and if that color was in stock. She never returned and began waiting on someone else. I was puzzled, then irritated and after a few minutes ask for an other salesperson. He found the chair within just a few minutes and completed the sale. I'd give him 5 stars, her none. Rudeness is not acceptable,
