First time I visited wonderful experience. Went back to get some title I was missing and horrible customer service. Half of the people working there don’t want to be there. For example Monica told her I had a quick question said she said I’m busy can’t help I help you later but very rude. I was very disappointed with todays visit.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION! LONG WAIT TIME HERE. Purchased some tile, not a big order just a single thousand dollars worth but not one person said we would have to go around to the back to initiate the order pick. So we waited some time and asked again and it wasn't until then that we were told to go to the back. Then at the back of the store and got checked in but still had to wait longer along with other Customers and contractors who at minimum waited an hour for their product. I am disabled and my daughter saw that I was having a difficult time waiting so long so she told them about me and asked about a time estimate. She was told they were working on it. Now exhausted as we sat in the car, unbeknownst to us they had placed the order behind our car and just left, knowing I am disabled and cannot load it myself. We asked why would they do this and they said "Well you didn't get out of your car". We waited hours for them and they could not take two seconds to knock on the car to let us know. We have bought thousands worth of product here before but I will not consider them for my next project. Thr associates treated us not like Customers but rather an interruption of their day. They need a visit from the corporate office to restructure their gameplan.

They have all the supplies you need for tiling and they have gold metal boarders! No where else in the valley has in stock

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Our helper Drew went out of his way to assist us. So we found the items we were looking for quickly. Great selection of merchandise at a decent price. I would recommend a visit.
