Employees try and work hard but Absolutely the worst Bank known in southern California, do yourself a favor go somewhere else I did, Chase when you call they don't put you on hold and when you go in they don't try to get you to leave. Shame on you greedy B of A you only cater to your stockholders and not account holders.

The worst customer service at this branch. I had to go to this location because the one on Sherman way and Topanga was closed. The teller named Hratch gave me all of my account info without asking for my ID. I said you don’t need to see my ID and his answer was DOESN’T MATTER. I gave him my ID anyways and he basically just threw it near his keypad. Worst Worst Worst. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

The staff has been great and I love the new remodel. Lindsay Foster was especially helpful during my mother's passing and banking issues. She was kind, patient and handled all of my business needs in a professional manner. This branch has significantly improved and I am thankful that it is staffed with competent, professional and patient workers.

I m customer of boa since 2004.. let s just say with ths guys things are not geting any better as years go by.. nd when u ask wt seems be the problem ?? U ll b hearing lines same ones bk in 2004..looool.. so now..there s indeed quite few branches are on shut down... let s just say they are trying to save on labor cost wich of course the other branches wind up over loaded.. if u were use to the one on victory ?? I m sure u will fall back the one sherman way nd topanga.. wich line will go to parking lots at time.. most unorganised financial center.. by far they have passed chase for sure...good luck to us i supose... 🙏🙄
