I have moved to LA recently and I happened to renovate our new houses and I have called them for the cleaning works. Tony came by, was on time and our carpets looks very neat now.

Before you use them call around, "Avoid at all costs" They will quote you one price over the phone, but when they come to your house, they will immediately add more then they tell you over the phone, they finished like in 20 minutes and said carpet would be dried in 4 hours carpet is still really wet after 6 hours, think they would be honest as much they charged for two small rooms. Please don't use their services, look for a better carpet service company.

After looking at reviews I booked a basic carpet cleaning with them on 7/23/20 for my fiancé’s apartment. Two guys came out and they were very nice at first, the carpet is heavily stained so they suggested for me to upgrade to a deep clean instead of the basic. Unfortunately with the lockdown I’m unable to work so I have to be mindful with what I’m spending my money on so I had to pass. They told me the basic cleaning won’t get the stains completely out but being that they already drove over here to help me out and the carpet is still dirty I went ahead with the basic. One of the guys began working on the hallway while the other went out to the car. He came back with his scrubber to give me a demonstration on how the deep clean will remove the stains. I was impressed by how quickly the stains were coming out but i still couldn’t go through with the price. He quickly got irritated so he took the cleaner from the other worker and arrogantly went over the rest of the house in 5 minutes then shut it off and told me well that’s the basic. I knew I should have spoke up but I end up paying him and I even gave him a tip. After they left my friend and I went to target to get carpet cleaner and we spent hours scrubbing our floors. The most upsetting part was when we took a white towel to scrub the carpet, the areas the second guy did turned the towel black. So we tested the area the first guy had done in the hallway and only a little dirt showed up on the towel. It was upsetting to see how much the second guy had cheated me. He made no effort to help since I declined upgrading. I’ll post pictures. The first picture is before they started, the second is when he demonstrated the deep clean and the third is after I declined the upgrade. I’ll also post the towel difference between the workers. I spent $75 and end up having to clean my own floors in the end. It was a lesson learned, I should have just cleaned it myself.

Green Carpet's Cleaning is such a sweet, soft spoken, patient man who was more than happy to explain the cleaning process and the history behind it. His work is far superior and priced much more reasonably than any other similar services I’ve used. I’ll definitely be frequenting his shop for all my rug cleaning needs!
