I've heard great thing about this place, but I didn't have a good experience with their customer service reps. I was told I could purchase a specific item in shop, but it was not honored due to a technicality. I was not happy with my experience and decided to take my business elsewhere.

First time coming here and would never come back or recommend. Had an appointment @1pm for me and my mom and did not get the actual massage started until 1:20pm. Then the service ended right at 1:51pm which is not even a full service. Not sure why you have people fill out the sheets at the beginning when you arrive about what areas you would like worked if the actual person who is doing your massage asks you the exact same question you filled out. Which is time wasted Into your service and less time for the actual massage. Please save yourself the trouble and find another place to get a massage that will actually do the FULL service time.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, Hilda was so kind and she frequently asked me if everything was okay for me (I'm quiet during these types of services). She gave recommendations based on what I was looking for, and I will definitely be booking with her again!
