Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ordered chicken salad, bottom layer of "salad" was soggy while the top layer super dry. Waitress failed to bring silverware and when I asked, only a fork was provided. Chicken strips were a bit chewy and no knife made it difficult. Poor customer service and quality of food was horrible. I saw my husband's burger and didn't look appetizing as they used to.

The food was wonderful and the service was great. Our server checked on us many times and kept our drinks refilled. The food tasted awesome and the graphic fries, well I am so glad they are bottomless because they were addicting. I also love that they had the tablets to keep the kids entertained. My son has wanted to try Red Robins for a while now because "Red Robins... yumm" commercials had him sold. He says that they are definitely "YUMM" and wants to go back. ☺️

Decent experience. A couple problems, but I get it, we had a good amount of people in our party. Good burger except the fact I did get a well done burger when I asked for some pink, but that's not that big of a deal. It's a decent burger and you get endless fries. Good atmosphere, nice people, and clean. I would revisit this restaurant in the future.

Food was great and so was the service! The veggie burger is amazing. I am not vegetarian but whenever I go I love to get it because it tastes so great! Pretzel bites are my kids favorite appetizer and they love the mini corn dog bites! Great family place and will keep going!
