For online pickup orders...please add a sign above...we are now in a time where we pickup online shopping orders and No where is a Pickup orders sign..I had to ask where do I pick my items.. Other than that it was very nice experience..

Very disappointed in the Oswego Target tonight. There was a clearance endcap of items with store made markdown tags. I saw an electronic shaver marked down, and thought I would give it a try. There were a few of them, all the same model for the same marked down price. When I checked out I noticed it came up as $219, not the stickerd price of $10.49 as it was tagged on the box. The cashier called a supervisor over and she told the supervisor it came up a different price than marked. The supervisor said " we made the tag so we have to honor it". She then asked how much it rang up as and the cashier told her $219. The supervisor said I'll be right back. When she came back she said this is marked wrong and we can't sell it to you for the price on the box, after I was just told they had to honor their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, but Target made this mistake, not me, and on multiple packages of the same item. I expected an explanation of what the correct item should have been marked down and assistance to locate that shaver. Instead I was asked do you still want it for $219. There was no we're sorry for "our mistake" or a solution to the situation. I politely told her she may want to go check the endcap, as there were multiple packages still on the shelf with the "incorrect " price. Our family spends a lot of money at Target, and I would have been fine with them grabbing the correct item, and I would have purchased it. Instead they made me feel like I had done down something wrong buy grabbing the item they priced incorrect. Luckily there are many stores In the vicinity that I will be going to moving forward .

Love this location. The drive up option is a game changer. It’s super convenient for people with busy schedules, children, or who are disabled. I always get notified my order is ready for pick up just an hour or two after putting it it through. And once I get there, they are out with my stuff within minutes (make sure to press the ‘I’m on my way’ button before leaving the house so they have time to get your items). I’ve never once had an item missing. The one time I had an issue with one of the items, I reported the issue on the app and a replacement was shipped to me for free - I didn’t even need to return the other item! And that whole process took maybe 2 minute (no talking with customer service or waiting on hold, etc)! Aside from that, the employees are very kind and respectful. I wish they were able to accept tips - they deserve them!! My dad loves getting groceries but recently had three strokes and is no longer able to drive himself. Im a full time grad student and don’t have the time to take him. Surprisingly, he really enjoys looking through the items in stock through the app and then he’ll text me throughout the day with the items he wants me to get. I’ll put everything in an order for drive up and swing by on my way home from school and pick everything up. It may seem minuscule to others, but providing him with an alternative that he still enjoys and giving him some independence in that way means the world to me.

Today was an outstanding experience at Target! The lady at the pharmacy was so helpful and sweet. At the front, the cashier was so sweet and thanked everyone for their patience. She was helpful and wonderful. The store was clean and everything was organized. Great staff experience today.
