I recently starting working at this community and find it to be a very caring staff. The residents and the families are great. They have welcomed me with opened arms. Thanks.

We were introduced to the Reserve community by Alan Hoffman at Oasis senior services of Naperville. And then when Hospice urged us to move her from an unsafe previous residence we came to the Reserve. Very glad we did. They are trained in the care of dementia patients and the facility is lovely. Lots of activities that my Mom loves. Residents are never left in their rooms alone. Meal time looks like they are dining in a restaurant. I’m very glad Covid restrictions are lightening up so we can visit with My Mom now. I hope this continues to be a positive and appropriate fit for my Mom and her needs.

Can my mom , who has dementia, stay a week at Autumn Leaves in Oswego? My husband and myself have been her only care givers for 2 years now and we need a break and go see our grandkids out of town!

They used to be called Autumn Leaves now called The Reserve, which means they were probably sued and had to change name. Its a scary haunted place, still having nightmares and still 😭😭 over what happened to my dad there. So 😭😭😭😭.
