I have been having medical issues that have been giving me some trouble for some time. After going to many doctors and feeling like my voice wasn't being heard I decided to go to here for a second opinion. It was here I really felt heard. My doctor (her name was Kat I didn't catch her last name) was absolutely exceptional. She gave me the time to voice my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I got the care I needed. I am genuinely so, so appreciative and will gladly recommend this facility to those I know.

The doctor and the medical assistance were wonderful, but the reception was very impatient and rude. She blamed me for going into the clinic. I just explained that I received no instruction, she refused to listen and just impatiently sent me out without giving me further direction. I only received a message asking me to wait after waiting in my car for 15 minutes. Honestly, if I felt well, I would not go to a clinic. And personnel working with patient can be so rude and impatient really is unacceptable. I may not go back to this clinic if I have a choice.

The Dr. was very attentive. He addressed all my questions and concerns. The receptionist was extremely polite and professional. The nurse was also very thorough and professional. It was a short wait time. I did make a prior appointment the day before. I highly recommend this facility.

I had an appointment at 8:30 AM and I reached 15 mins before and notify using my phone. It was great to wait in my car rather than inside. Got call back in few minutes to provide all required information. I was in by the room before 8:30. Both nurse and doctors are really good and caring. X-Ray done quickly and got the care I needed. I highly recommend this place. Highly professional.
