I'm giving an enthusiastic 5 stars to Sylvia Green, who is the accounts manager at Hudson in Pleasant Hill. She has been a pleasure to work with in all ways. Her friendly professionalism is outstanding. I have never sent her an inquiry that she hasn't answered in a thorough and timely manner. We have not met in person but I feel that I can trust her and that we are on the same team. That may seem like a minimum requirement but believe me, trust has to be earned, and Sylvia has earned mine. I'm a newly elected board president, with virtually no prior experience with HOAs, so I have depended upon the help and support of Hudson Management. Sylvia, in particular, has been an invaluable resource, and I have enjoyed all of our interactions.

I have been paying my HOA on time . They claim that i have been paying late !!! My bank statement proves that i have been paying on time . They want to earn extra money from their clients by stating that we do not receive your money on time and therefore penalizing you so that they can earn some extra money . What do you call this type of conduct ? Theft , Robbery , stealing ..... I dont really know . Can some one tell me about this behaviour . I am ready to prove to any one about my statement ,perhaps in the court in front of the judge .
Good Morning Patty, If you are referring to individual property management relating to renting your unit, unfortunately, this is not something we provide at this time. We deal strictly with association related needs of community associations. There are a number of templates online that you could try sifting through, you could also refer to the California association of realtors for a working template.
