After 3 years of researching cost and installation for my kitchen countertop, I decided to give this box store a shot. Simple installation of a kitchen countertops and sink. I would like to say, I am very satisfied with the outcome. I purched my countertop installation in March. The process was simple and straightforward. Shatha and Christine was friendly, informative and straightforward with time-line and installation. I also paid for plumbing installation with Home Depot. Soon after the fabricator, Block Top contacted me to pick out my slab and a tentative date for installation. The ladies at Block Top (Stephanie, Bernice, Jen and Mariam)were friendly, informative and very patient with all my questions and concerns. The installer were friendly, and informative during installation and cleaned up the space after. Very professional, and honest. Thank you Cruz. Delta Mechanical, professional and informative. Amazing job with my plumbing and sink installation. My countertop looks amazing. Thanks you Cindy and Alicia at Home Depot, great team.

Purchased a washer and dryer, wen delivered they said they would not be able to Install it because I did not have a drip pan which as a consumer didn’t know. That would be a sellers responsibility to ask the consumer. Washer and dryer was left at my house and rescheduled an appointment 4 days later. Tuesday comes and now I’m told I didn’t purchase an installation??? Mind you before this I called twice to ensure my appliances would be installed with no problem and had to reach for a 3rd time. Bad service! People rely on your commitments.

Like other home depot's the store is well stocked and well maintained. The staff was helpful I was looking for some products and they walked me to it. Went through the nursery also and they had a good selection of plants.

I have a bad experience with this store in Fairfield. Back in April, I ordered a patio sliding door that came on Sept 25. The contractor from HomeDepot came Monday, September 27, and told me that Homedepot delivered the wrong door and materials. Homedepot was supposed to pick them up. After several contacts with managers and calls, long story short, the door and materials are still by my porch. Now, I will contact a layer since I don't see they are not going to pick them up and it wasn't my fault at all.
