Most staff were friendly & professional. Admitting staff need to understand that not everyone carry’s a medical card when we have have electronic ones available

I've never been refused service in the 9 years when I moved back here
We were vaccinated for Covid 19 the1st time in January ,again in Februayr at the fair ground At the first shot we received a card which they asked us to bring to the 2nd shot.It was taken from us then but.we got no proof of vaccination.What to do?

I think you can call and ask the hospital and see if they can give you a card
