I went in Saturday morning when they first opened for a pedicure. I brought my own polish to see if they could apply that specific color, they said it would be an additional $15 even though it was my own polish being used. I declined and allowed them to use their polish instead. Instead of using a toe separator the technician used paper towel to separate my toes during the polish application. While drying the paper towel laid against my polish. I asked a different worker if another coat could be applied to fix the messed up polish, she said she would get the original worker as she had another client waiting for her. After she explained the situation to the original worker, the original worker shouts at me “YOU PICKED THAT COLOR!!!” Very argumentative. I’m still trying to explain my issue wasn’t the color but the application process. But she continues shouting that I picked that color. Another worker helped rectify the situation, but I still do not appreciate being shouted at for poor service. I will not be returning.

If this is how someone let’s there customers walk out the door representing there business… do I need to say more? Worst set I’ve ever paid, all I can do is laugh 😂

Not sure If They Are Under New Management or what made an appt… They all acted confused were trying to charge $20 more.. been going there since it opened always paid the SAME for a Fill. She said she was gonna cut my nails down… 1st now she cut I started bleeding! And she didn’t say anything! I got up grabbed my things and she’s laughing! I say I’m bleeding yea that’s funny! No one can Answer a question they were all confused. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
