Will never order from here again. On 6/30/22 ordered a small pineapple fried rice. It was plain rice, no seasoning, and had 4 little chunks of canned pineapple. Oh, and approximately 1 tablespoon of frozen peas, tiny square pieces of carrot, and a couple pieces of onion. All for the great price of $9.75!! 🙄 Had it not been a carry out order and not discovered until I got home I would have returned for money back. So ridiculous!! Not impressed with your little vegetable spring rolls either. Used to be a happy customer. Will never order from your restaurant or recommend it again!!

Ordered on 4/13/22 with a couple of coworkers teriyaki chicken sticks were literally burned black coworkers orange chicken was dry very overcooked. Took 65 minutes to deliver 2.5 miles! They lost a lot of business from the company I work at!

Terrible service. Was told to pull up front and they would bring it out in about 10 minutes. Normally no problem, but after about 20 I went in to check on the food. I found it sitting on the counter. When I asked how long it was sitting there the "manager " said "I don't know." I checked the tag and it had been waiting 15 minutes. I asked why it hadn't been brought out to me. He responded that he didn't tell me that. I said no your drive through girl told me that. His only response from then on was "Ok, bye" He refused to give me the number for complaint. Needless to say we will be going to China Palace from now on.
