Everclean in Bartlett always has the best service of all of the locations. the wash is well kept and the brushes are serviced and clean frequently. the manager Matt G is always a pleasure to work with and is always super helpful. other workers like Mike, Matt H are always super friendly and actively checking up and offering towels and wipes while you vaccuum your car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to wash their car!

A great car wash place. My truck comes out clean and looking good. They have a spot for you to cleaning your mats. They have vacuums and give you drying and cleaning towels. I have a monthly pass.

I had a monthly membership for the dog wash stations since my dog is scared to death of the groomer. In the year+ I had the membership, I probably tried to go about 8-10 times. More than half the time I came home without being able to wash her. Several times there were equipment problems- no warm water or the pipes were broken. Other times there was a long wait, which happens. Last time I went they said the wait was long so to call beforehand, which I did today. There was an opening so I headed over, arriving 10 minutes later to be told there's a long wait. I cancelled my membership. I still gave 3 stars because the staff has always been nice and the rooms are great, stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. However, there needs to be some sort of reservation system available or something. It's insane to require people to pack up a dog and wait in their car for 45 minutes with the animal to wait for them to get a bath they're dreading. If they got it together with communication/scheduling, I'd sign back up.
