Came so my husband could get a haircut, he has been to the Bartlett store on several occasions, but apparently they had no record. They only had record of him going to St. Charles store.. ODD Whatever. Anyway he always gets a haircut, eyebrows trimmed and they cut the little bit of hair around his ears. When we asked her to please do his ears, she replied they don't do the ears, only haircut and eyebrows....Really we had to ask you to do his eyebrows! So why do you not do ears, but the St. Charles store does? She claims VERY SMUGLY MIND YOU, different owners, different rules. Bye bye Bartlett Great Clips, you just lost a customer. Keep up the Great Customer Service!

I have potentially received the best haircut of my life. How do I know the name of the worker who cut my hair so I can go back to this same barber? I got my haircut January 28th at around 5 pm.

I came in and asked for a very simple mid fade on the sides and a half inch off of the top of my hair, My stylist, who was silent the whole time and dropped her clippers during the process took about 2 inches off the top and removed almost all the hair on the sides of my head. Then after the cut proceeded to say, Much Better? I said not at all, and was pretty upset at how bad the cut was, I came in the next day and a stylist Jonathan fixed it as good as he could, he did a great job fixing his coworkers bad mistakes. Overall, this is the last time I will ever get a cut here and I am still upset at how awful the cut the original stylist gave me was.

They charge $15 for a haircut that’s worth maybe $5 . Now I don’t expect them to do fades and stuff but they can’t even do a simple lineup. Like what?? Great clips is so trash. If you don’t have a coupon, don’t bother going. You’d be better off having your mom cut your hair.
