wanted to try this salon under the new ownership, and I am amazed...William did my dip and it lasted 5 WEEKS...yes 5 weeks, and honestly I can probably get away with another week...Never has my dip lasted more than 2-3 weeks. No cracks, it's not lifting...FANTASTIC JOB! I will not go anywhere else going forward!!!

on the 17th of May 2022, was my first & last time going here I WAS thinking it should be a good nails shop with the name Creative nails!! I read the google reviews before I went but looking back on it all the good reviews was about someone name William ! that do nails at this shop I did not get this William I got some woman that did NOT do a good Job at all with my natural nails I don't know if they're are good with acrylic or fake nails but the woman I had was no good at ALL it's only been like 6 days now my nails polish is already chipping No massaging at all for your hands or feet it was just wasting of $60.00 dollars next time I going to, Q nails in Elgin. UPDATE:: on 5/24/22, William from this Creative nails reach out to myself asking me to come back in so he could make it right and he did just that he re -did the polish on my nails another tech did my toes they did a NICE job and for that I say THANK YOU William and other nail tech and will add more Stars to my review....

William is literally the best !! He started working here not that long ago and after a bad experience with the lady that replaced Henry i was a little iffy about coming back here but i did and the week William started i got him and my nails were so perfectly done! They lasted me a month with no problems! So straight, so pretty and such good customer service! I had to come back to him and i will continue to do so! The ladies are also very good with the pedicures. I have always gotten my nails done here and i love it ! Thank you for all you do! 💅🏻❤️

He just recently move to this place And I definitely recommend him, no one those the job he do definitely if you are looking for the best for your nails that’s him.
