A couple of weeks ago I purchased a $17.00 from the Carpentersville location and the salad dressing was spoiled. I immediately called and wasn’t given a resolution. I love Lou Malnati but the Carpentersville location is the worst and they need to shut it down!

Rob the manager has gone above and beyond in customer service every time we have ever called. I cannot speak highly enough about this location and the quality of service. Rob made sure our order was exactly to our specifications for our wedding reception. I will not be eating pizza from anywhere else moving forward.

What can I say even though there’s no dining in or delivery and is a very small store the pizza is huge on the Lou Malnatis taste do yourself a favor and grab a cup of ranch as if this pizza can’t get any better. Call ahead because you’ll be waiting forever for this pizza to be done or bring a six pack so you can drink it in the waiting area

No. This Location is carry out/delivery only, however the Lou malnatis in Lakewood is not far from it and has a full restaurant.
