Thieves !!! Ordered 5 spicy legs a Cajun fries and mashed potatoes. Paid $14.14. Got home no mashed potatoes. Called them explained the issue then hung up on me. Called second time they didn't even talk to me. Unprofessional people . I am not after $2.99 the price of the potatoes but still expected at least an answer .... I will never go back to that place and I will contact the headquarters about this franchisees !

So I went at 8:30 PM tonight and when I tell you my chicken was crispy and fresh, my biscuit wasn't dry and my Mac and cheese was cheesy hunny...I live in Crystal lake but this my new spot! Thank you ladies!!!!

Order number 14 @ 9:02 on September 21 I specifically asked for no breast and order a 12 piece I received 9 piece of chicken and they were not spicy. Also received 6 Breast. I called and when got home and they took the phone off the hook. Will be calling in the morning to get my money back or order remade that is uncalled for also waited 10 minutes for cold chicken.
