Pulled up to drive through, waited for car in front of me to complete their order, then pulled up to speaker at 7:01. They said Sorry, we are now closed. We closed at 7.

Worst Taco Bell ever!! They operate at their own hours and not have anything posted. Half the time my order is wrong and it takes way too long to go through their drive thru. Go to the Taco Bell off of McLean if you want good Taco Bell.

I hate writing really negative reviews, but the experience I had here was horrendous. This has always been a slow location, but it's gotten even worse. It was a solid 6-7 minutes per car wait. Then, they were out of lemonade. I ordered ground beef tacos with tomatoes. They charged me for Supreme just to add tomato. But what was worse is that after I pay and then check the food I'm handed, there are no tomatoes on them. I ask for a small cup of them so I can put them on myself, which after 25 minutes in line I was fine with. I am then told "sorry we're out of tomatoes". Oh, now that I've paid the upcharge, waited 25 minutes and you already handed me my food, now you tell me you are out?? Absolutely abysmal customer service. Don't go to this location, it's worth the drive to the Geneva restaurant.

It's a standard taco bell.... same old fast food tacos you are use too. But boy is it good to solve that old high school salty spicy craving. Chalupa are still amazing! Also some cool automation with the new terminals.
