Though we do service key-wound anniversary clocks, as well as most other types of mechanical clocks & quartz/battery clocks, we unfortunately do not service quartz/battery anniversary clocks specifically. Since the lack of standardization/availability of parts for these clocks make service disproportionately time-consuming & because most plastic mechanisms are typically manufactured at very low cost without any intention/ability to ever be serviced, battery anniversary clocks particularly do not make economically practical candidates for repair & instead were intended to simply be replaced once they fail. To clarify for others who may be reading this reply, please bear in mind that we do service the vast majority of other types of quartz/battery & mechanical clocks so if anyone has an inquiry about repair please feel free to bring your clock to either of our locations for a free estimate.
