We will stop ordering from this place. Every time we do, there's something missing. We try to call and we can't talk to no one in the store. If I add all the charges of item missing, I will get 2 free meals. Very very disappointing.

The employees there were very unprofessional. I went at 7:30 today and the place was a mess , garbage cans over filled, food not prepared right. Employees not respecting the shift manager. Poor girl tried to get them in order but all they did was pretty much brush it off. Whoever owns or runs the place really needs to get these younger employees in line. Especially when there are customers in the restaurant. So we left and drove to the one in Elgin just pass the hwy. That place was clean and in order no employees bickering.

I really love Chipotle…it’s probably my favorite fast food restaurant. But I am disappointed every time I come to this location. The service is always lackluster, the tables are dirty, the trash cans are overflowing, and usually one essential food item is missing, like chips or guac. They are obviously understaffed, so it’s hard to pay the blame on the workers, but it seems like that don’t care either way. I consistently have the worst experience at this location than any other Chipotle, and unfortunately they are the only location in Elgin.

Worst chipotle of all time. Every single time I’m here they’re out of something. Today we got home and my wife’s said her burrito bowl tasted salty. I tried it and it literally tasted like someone dumped spoonfuls of salt in the bowl. I keep going back because it’s the only chipotle around and am disappointed every time.

No inside seating is allowed. Pickup only.
If you can't contact your delivery driver than contact the store. If the store can't help you, you can call corporate and they'll refund the missing item. Also, if you have the option to on the delivery platform you used, press missing item. Chipotle is pretty good at making sure people get refunded for missing items.
