If I could give zero stars I would, I don’t understand how these reviews are so good. Do not trust this place with your nails they have no experience. I tried asking nicely for her to do my nails right and she didn’t even want to try, blaming it on using regular polish instead of gel. This employee wanted to charge an extra 20$ for gel even though when I called they said it would be 15$. Starting off it was 35$ she even charged 5$ to get regular instead of gel which is absurd. My nails instantly fell off & the design & shape were awful. I would rather pay the extra money @Marshallnails and they take care of the integrity of my nails as well as take the time to do what the customer is paying for. I went back for a refund they claim they have a policy which I have never signed or seen. I went yesterday and I have now lost 40$. Go get your nails done elsewhere please.

Flora was my technician. This was a referral from a friend of mine so it was my first experience with City Nails and I am over the moon pleased with both pedi and mani. The shop was immaculate, the music was soothing and the ambiance was peaceful and comforting. Not only will I return soon but I highly recommend this salon. All the girls were extremely friendly.

I came in for a pedicure (I'm not regular with coming) because I had a bad ingrown. In fact I had tried to dig it out myself (at home) & made it worse, even causing bleeding (now a scab). I wish I got my techs name because she did a great job. Was very gentle & able to work around the injury I caused to myself, & now I have relief. Next time i get an ingrown I'll just go to them & not try to do it myself. Everything seemed very clean!
