Its best to make an appointment as they wouldn't take me right away when I attempted it. I made the appointment and went back later.
I would be better to make an appointment to ensure u get in. Walk ins can be a bit iffy
Both, they take walk ins but if you want a specific person or to be seen immediately then I'd make an appointment.
