Ordered my sandwich wrong and they replaced it. Thank you. "The Chicken Sandwich" comes with so much mayo on both sides that the breading on the chicken comes off. Coke products at the fancy self serve fountain... Can add flavors... This place has some recent excitement with a midnight shooting April 2022. There are large bullet holes in the windows on three sides of the store. Some look as if the bullets went in one side of the building and out the opposite side. Gun shop across the street.

It was my first time trying Popeyes! I was actually in the hospital and my daughters brought it to me for lunch. I was very excited because we don't have a Popeyes in Bloomington; anyway, I was really disappointed. It just didn't stack up to the build-up. The chicken, in my opinion, needed to be seasoned better. The skin was a bit bland and not the consistency that I was expecting. The biscuits were hard and dry. The sides were just not good either the coleslaw was very dry it just didn't even seem like coleslaw to me it just was like shredded up cabbage and carrots in a little container. NOT GOOD. The best side with the meal was the macaroni and cheese, that dish was pretty good. My favorite part of the entire meal would have to be the dessert, or should I say desserts, because I did try two; the fried apple pie and the wild berry beignets. The beignets were amazingly delicious!! Absolutely the very best part of the meal! 😋

How is it that this location can never, ever get a drive up order correct? I just ordered a classic fish, and got a spicy chicken. Happens to other people where I work. We give up.

I love the new fish sandwich with you cold slaw. The young lady that I believe to be manager on duty so nice and helpful. This store is definitely improved so much. I love coming here and wouldn’t go to any other. Thank you for all your hard work
