Please get new management we need mature people who care about following the recipe cleanliness in themselves and the way they handle our food. This is very important good customer service means everything. And fresh clean food is a must no one and I mean no one should pay their hard earned money for GARBAGE service.

It was over half an hour between the time that I paid for my food and the time somebody finally grudgingly brought it out to me. With a glare. I can't say for sure if the dining room is open because they are selective about who they will let you in the front door. I watched car after car go around me while I sat there and waited and waited patiently. I was driving away in frustration and going to order somewhere else when they came running out the door to bring me my food. It's not often if somebody messes up bad enough that I take down a 5-star rating but this place went downhill over the course of just a pair of weeks.

Just went through the drive through and ordered a 10pc buckets meal. I was unfortunately missing a couple pieces of chicken, when I went back to the store and the manger Shauntae(hopefully I spelled his name correctly) got me squared away immediately with some fresh chicken. This location will definitely continue to get my business.

If I could rate zero I would. First of all no one told the employees to apply to kfc, therefore what was the reason for them having an attitude while taking my order? Not only did they over charge me but I asked for my food fresh and of course I got cold food. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
