I have been really impressed with the used car buying experience here. Justin took time to go over their very thorough mechanic-inspection report so that buyers knows what they are dealing with, which I really appreciate. It was a very smooth process, especially compared to the other dealership I dealt with, plus I haven't purchased yet and didn't feel pressure to make a decision. I would highly recommend Buss, and I am very particular, so that means a lot.

First of all I want to speak about the character of my sales rep, Tony Feucht. When I was looking into trading in my old truck for a Maverick, I had basic wants, and the market wasn't meeting my expectations. Tony kept in contact with me and we worked through what would fit well for my family. We spent a few days exchanging emails, even when other dealers were not responsive, or flat out ignored information requests. Tony kept in contact, was very direct about what they could and couldn't do (no games, no hiding of hands), and best of all, even though we walked into the building with a vehicle in mind that wasn't available, he found one similar with a few frills on it and made it work to our budget. Their trade in policy is very fair and up front. As long as you are honest and straight forward, they are too. This isn't what I've experienced before, almost foreign. I ended up buying a very nicely packaged truck that met all of my needs, and even almost every want that I had on my list, and it ultimately came out to be a better overall deal for my family. The truck I ended up with is brand new, and the cost landed around what I was seeing used models years older and with 40-50k miles on them were going for. These folks are honest, genuine, and above all welcoming. I will certainly be working with these folks in the maintenance on my new truck as well as coming back should I decide to get another Ford. I think this dealer may have just won me over from considering used dealerships as a bargain.

I cannot express in words how helpful, patient, and caring Joe was during the process of trading in vehicles and constructing a deal with me. I used to dread shopping for cars, but this experience was positive and pleasant. Buss Ford has earned a new lifelong customer. I will recommend everyone I know (all friends and family) to the dealership. At Buss, I found out that customer service is #1...a RARE find. If I could rate the experience 10 stars, I would.
