If we could leave them 0 stars I would. We did a pick up order. There was a a miscommunication in regards to a reward. We had asked if we can do a screen shot of the reward that was emailed to me. When we picked up the food they asked us to print out. Everything was already paid for. We throught a screen shot was ok. Jim decided to scream and tell us people are getting stupider and stupider. Way to show that customers service Jim. We had already paid for it, we didn't care for the money back, just asking a simple question. We will not be going back to the McHenry location. We will drive out of the way for the Lakemoor location.

I’ve been growing more frustrated with the quality of food at this Rosatis location, but I keep giving them another try. I do not think I’ll be doing that any longer. I ordered the chopped salad which is advertised as “Finely chopped romaine & iceberg lettuce, spinach leaves, grilled chicken, green pepper, red onion, black olives, bacon, grape tomatoes & bleu cheese crumbles. Served with our signature sweet Italian dressing.” I asked for no bacon. I also did not receive romaine, spinach, red onion, or blue cheese crumbles. The salad is not finely chopped. I’m not sure how they’re comfortable selling something so entirely different than what’s advertised. Attached is the advertised picture and a picture of what I was actually sold.

Tasty and hot food! Quick delivery but the delivery driver banged loudly on our door and when we answered, we said thank you and he just gave a dirty look and turned around and went "ugghhh". We will definitely never order from here again. Maybe pickup only. Total waste of a tip tbh. I wish I could take it back but we paid ahead of time.

Ordered 1 pizza, it took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive Cold. Called to let them know and the Manager was so rude. After 2 years of ordering from them No more. They just lost a long time customer.
