Bad experience with the attitude of the employees I was attended by an employee named Lamonica but I think she thinks that people are to blame for not liking her job, sarcastically answering answers and yelling at another client who was attending to another person.

I pulled into the parking lot and an elderly man was getting ready to cross the street. I urged him to cross but he repeatedly motioned for me to park. I then held the door open for him and we both entered the lobby at 5:59 and got in line. One of the employees came out to say that it was too late to get in line and that the person in front of me was the last costumer. I realized I could just drop my package in the drop box and tried to explain that the elderly gentlemen had been there sooner and was just moving slower. He didn’t want to hear it and was very rude/dismissive. I am disappointed in this location and their costumer service!

I paid for priority shipping last Saturday 12/18/21 which I was told was 2 days with a delivery date of 12/21/21. The package went from being scanned showing it was going to Houston Tx too nothing. I’m so upset because these were Christmas gifts and on top of that I can’t get any help from anyone as they’re not sure where my items are. I have called the post office every day trying to get help only to be given attitude as if I lost my own stuff. The tracking hasn’t been updated since I dropped off my package to them.

The United States Postal Service in Redlands California is conveniantly located on Redlands Blvd, just south of The I-10. This is a large facility open till 6pm daily and is a full service post office. The workers here are courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to be sure the packages they handle here are done correctly. They also have an after hours self serve machine and passports are done here as well.
