Very few items are a deal. Most used items are already priced near retail. Used second hand furniture are probably cheaper if you find them on facebook marketplace.
Pancake
An employee took a personal item out from a donator's car without confirming with him if the item was for donation. Turns out it was not and had a lot of valuable things including a laptop with the man's life work stored in it. They are now refusing to return the man's items and are stating that they couldn't find it and won't allow him to search for it. One employee told him "sorry but you're going to have to take the loss"
