These guys are great. They take their time, making sure you are fitted just right for buying or renting snowboard gear. We rented boots, but my daughter's snownoard pants were a bit short. Her boots and feet got soaked from melting snow. We went back to Goldsmith's to exchange for a dry pair but forgot to bring the wet onces. They let us take a new pair, free of charge! That saved us another trip to the condo and back! I will definitely rent only from here in the future!

I am 40 years old and new and I’ve been skiing for 30 of them. I worked with Dallas and he helped me buy and mount a pair of marker bindings for my faction skis. He was extremely helpful, if you want the best in big bear definitely go to these guys.

Quick service. Nice skis. Got my skis super quick. Most employees were nice but did make some comments I felt shouldn't have been said. With that been said I would rent from them again.

We have been open with county and state guidelines since April 2020. Our sales floor offers the space to operate well within the guidelines. Masks and sanitization stations are available throughout for your use. Cleaning of rental gear and store are also following guidelines. Bike rentals will come out at the end of April. Bikes are outdoors and are cleaned by Big Bears natural sanitizer the sun in addition to our crews cleaning. We are proud to have been open to get you up and out and visiting Big Bear's beauty. Due to the nature of E bikes having different uses and the effects on how long a battery will last we have a 1/2 day rental implemented. We are happy to build or work with you due to your needs. Please call our staff. We are happy to find out what you might be thinking, discuss recent setbacks due to fire and air quality and come up with a plan for you. We are here from 10-5 daily.

We are adjusting all formats with our SPRING hours. Other formats are corrected but Google takes FOREVER to approve. The resorts are CLOSED. We will be open from 10-6 until Memorial day. We answer in under 3 rings. Hope you have found your way in.

I do carry a FULL selection of flexes and models. I AM SOLD out of that model in that size. I am not able to order as they are also picked through. Sorry I hope I can help you w somthing else sometime soon. Maybe custom insoles for the boot is you find them. ;)

We rent snow shoes for the day at $15. These are only available when snow conditions can accomidate. If you know when you are coming WE would LOVE to pull them and have them waiting. Call ahead if you can or to check on snow conditions. Hope to see you soon.
