My loved one is in memory care. The rules for this fit the need for these folks. Every time I visit there are activities happening to keep the tenet’s busy if they so like. My loved one loves the food and there is a great verity to choose from. The new security check-in and out screen is hit or miss. I am sure it will be easier for all in time. Thanks

I am so very grateful for the staff at Mira Loma. My mother had to be placed in an assisted living facility due to having a stroke and her living alone. I had done some research and toured other places before picking this establishment. We decided on this facility because the staff was warm and welcoming and all of the residents seemed happy and engaged during our visit. (Keep in mind, we had to pick a place during Covid, Mira Loma actually cared about keeping the family and resident in contact, many other places did not allow visitation from the family forcing isolation, secondly, my kids were allowed to visit, many places did not allow children) The initial employee that I worked with was Al, he was exceptional in reassuring me that my mother was being left in good care. He answers all calls and texts very promptly and that was soothing during a time period of high stress. The facility is very clean and there are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The staff really encourages the residents to participate; this was great for us because at first my mom was shy due to the fact that she has limited speech because of the stroke. The staff really went out of their way to make her feel at home and included. Everyone knows her name and daily routine. This place makes you feel like your loved one is the only one they are taking care of. My mother absolutely loves all of the staff! From the girls that help her out daily with her room needs to the medication staff that help her after hours. Joel, Mercy and Janie were a joy to deal with. I would recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for a place to care for their loved one. Mira Loma is top notch and I will forever be grateful for the care they have given to my mother.

I am a physical therapist and I work in home health. During my experience with home health, I have had many patients at this facility. The facility is very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of open space. They have an extensive activity program and have nice exercise and game rooms. Even with all of this, the thing that I was most impressed with was the care and professionalism of the staff. The staff here are truly caring and attentive. As a health care professional, I notice many things on facilities like this that others might miss, and I must say that Prestige is a fantastic place if you are considering assisted living for yourself or a family member.

Last October I was forced to make a life changing decision for my 89 year old mother, from independent to assisted living. My husband and I looked at several locations before finding Prestige at Mira Loma. We knew instantly this was the place for mom. The staff was very helpful, patient, and supportive during this difficult time. The staff, food, entertainment, and services offered at the Salon (which mom loves) are all excellent. I finally have peace of mind knowing mom is happy, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The decor and services provided for the residents is that of an upscale hotel, truly a "Prestigious" place to live, and at a very affordable price.
