Very small parking lot can sometimes get crowded for a few. Most people don't stay too long though. Bathroom building at the parking lot and picnic tables for a snack break. Fascinating area. Very short walk to the observation deck. I like how they have signs explaining about the area and plants. Tends to be sunnier than the coast if it's a foggy day. A cute stop while in Florence.

This is such an interesting, peaceful find just off 101. It's not much of a walk from the parking lot and is ADA accessible (paved path and boardwalk). There are picnic tables and restrooms next to the parking lot. We visited Father's Day weekend and there was only one other vehicle in the small parking lot.

Best place to see pitcher plant aka insect eating plant. The location is just outside of Florence in Oregon about 15mins drive on 101N.

The "Cobra Lilly" blooms petite yellow (and sometimes purple) flowers in May and June...we were there in late June and the flowers were just starting to die off...that being said it's always worth a stop as the "pitcher" or "insect trapping part" of the plant lives year round...fascinating place

Yes, however there are no garbage cans so you'll have to haul away any poop bags with you.
