Torn and Will were very helpful, my wife and I were the last customers of the day, the staff was excellent and let us stay after closing while we picked out our couch. The next morning my wife changed her mind and wanted another couch with a loveseat. My wife was worried that it wouldn't match our decor, what a nice surprise it was to see the new couch and the pillows matched perfectly. Truly a blessing. Thank you and we will recommend you always for great service and great products.

We received delivery of our new Ekornes couch from Roby’s on 6/7/22. We purchased the couch in the Newport store (Hilary) and arranged delivery to our Eugene house with the Florence store (Beth). Our delivery team were Tom & Will, they called us from the road to give us a more accurate delivery time and were still a half hour earlier! When they arrived they were very professional. They got right to work moving our old couch and 2 recliners upstairs to make room for the new couch! They were efficient and did all of the furniture moving being careful not to damage the furniture or the walls! We feel our service was excellent start to finish! We have bought from Roby’s before and we will continue to do so!

When my 26year old fridge finally gave up I went in and Paul helped me select a New one that would best fit my needs. Quick and easy and then he said it would be here in about a month and just about exactly one month he called and said my refrigerator was here. Today Tom and Wll delivered my new refrigerator moved my temporary one out to the garage again and install my new fridge. I really enjoy shopping locally because the service has been excellent.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing all of our furniture with the Florence location, they had a great selection to choose from. The Sales Manager Kevin assisted us, was very professional and knowledgeable and very patient. We scheduled a delivery time and they stayed on schedule and contacted us prior to arrival confirming. Hi Joseph, we do carry bunkie boards, also now called ultra low pro boxsprings. That would certainly help you stay closer to the ground. As for platform beds, your best bet would be to stop into one of our stores or shop on our website and see if anything interests you.
