Beach house was wonderful. beautiful location and the views of ocean just 50 yards from back door where breath taking. Home was clean and felt like a home with all the art on walls and nic Nac's located around house. 6 of us went to celebrate daughters graduation from University of Reno Nevada and destress from life. With help of Jacuzzi this was accomplished.

We rented all four units out for our bridal party to stay. We were able to stay near one another, yet have our own separate areas. Clean, updated and comfortable. Added bonus is the proximity to both the beach and downtown areas. Totally recommend!

We stayed in this beautiful, clean, quiet, spacious townhouse in April. We cooked all of our meals, thanks to the thoughtfully and generously stocked kitchen. The weather wasn’t the best but we didn’t mind because we were so comfy in this place. And we are particular about places we rent, with two young children in tow. We’d recommend to family and friends.

This is a nice company to rent a beach house from. We stayed three nights in the Pelican's Perch Beach Cabin on Heceta Beach. The location was fantastic and the cabin was accommodating. The only negative was when you looked closer at the cabin you saw that it needed some TLC. We would rent from this company again.

If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you’ll receive a refund of any rental payments you’ve made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you’ve purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines
