My girlfriend and I were driving down the coast from Canada when I took a sharp right on some gravel to stop at a viewpoint. This led to some strange, squeaky noises while driving and especially while turning right. We decided to stop at the next city to get the car checked for any problems. Just as we were driving into Florence, the squeaking stopped but we still wanted to get everything checked by a professional. We walked into this tire center feeling unsure of how the rest of our trip would play out. Luckily, we were met with exceptional customer service at this location. They were able to see us right away without an appointment, and we waited no longer than 10 minutes for them to check our car. Since the noise went away and they weren't able to see anything wrong with the car, they let us go without having to pay. Thank you to the staff, especially Dominic, for being so helpful and kind! It sucks to have car trouble in an unfamiliar area, but the Les Schwab Tire Center in Florence made the experience a whole lot better! Thank you!

Fast and friendly. I stopped at Taco Bell across the street and realized the passenger back tire was flat. Very convenient that Les Schwab was just on the other side. They took me right away and the car was ready within 15 minutes. Drove back to Eugene with no problem and they also gave me a tire rotation. Great service!

Les Schwab had the best service. Like if you have a flat they will come out air up your tire so you can drive to the shop, where they fix the flat for free. All while you wait inside with fresh coffee and popcorn and usually the news is on. The will RUN out to your car when you pull in. And they are always very nice! So all in all, I'd say Les Schwab service is excellent!

Their Covid safety practices are what the Governor of Oregon has mandated. Maintaining a six feet physical distance between people whenever possible. Wearing a mask or facial covering is required for employees & customers both. Even the guys working outside & in the open door shop areas wear their masks continuously. I have been to this establishment multiple times over the last few months. And I am very happy with their business practices.
