I love this building. I love this location. The amenities are great too. Neighbors are all pretty nice as well. Great outdoor space! Super nice security people and maintenance team! The major issue is- if you don't have a top floor apartment, you will hear your upstairs neighbors every single step! The floors in this building are extremely thin. It's been such an issue since the pandemic because we are all at home! Worst of all there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. Noise complaints are a temporary fix. And don't even think about moving down the hall thinking your direct upstairs neighbor is the sole issue, it's the entire 2, 3, and 4th floors. The footfall is so loud in this building I've had to blast my air conditioning, oven fan, both TV's and listen to a podcast with in ear headphones at the same time just to get peace. There is no peace in this apartment with the stomping of your upstairs neighbors due to the cheap cheap cheap flooring this building used throughout. You've really got to go down to the front office to talk to management because they can be hard to get to via email- nice people though. Don't live here if you aren't willing to out up with the stomping. Again I can't ever hear loud TVs or dogs barking next door, it's really all the sound above you and it's completely unlivable unless you're on the top floor.

The people working at this building are extremely unprofessional. Mainly the building manager Andrew and the assistant manager Janelle. No one responds to emails, phone calls and you will have to spend weeks trying to hunt someone down in order to get help. The people working at this building do not work at all, the hallways are dirty and stinky, the keys don’t work, the online payment system is always faulty. I would not recommend anyone to rent an apartment at this building.
