My nieces birthday card was returned in a "we regret the damage to your mail" plastic bag but it had clearly been opened and the gift cards that were in the card were stolen. The card was sent back empty. Fair warning to all do no send cash or gift cards via direct mail.

No longer a post office (it used to be one), it's now just a carrier annex and has no services available to the public except for the mailbox in front.

Yeaa. Found out the hard way. It's NOT a real post office. USPS has it on their list of Post Offices, but as a customer you can only drop mail off.

Shame on the post office delivery person for not doing any job on delivering package to our handycaped mom on her birthday! We will get through the process to file official complaint because poor woman did not get the chance to see her birthday gift because of the lazy postman! It just happened on 7/3/13 and she is very upset, so do all of us and we are having hard time to understand because package was sent immediately back to AZ where it came from with status of none-deliverable! Poor woman was home few days purposely to receive her bithday gift because we requested delivery based on her handycaped status, she has not heard from anybody, then we called post office locally here, in AZ and they checked and gave us a very bad news. I want to face that lazy post delivery man or woman and ask the question nort only for the she or he is not doing good job but HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF IT WAS YOUR MOM?
