I have mixed feelings about Floor & Decor. In the one hand they have a great selection of flooring, great ideas on display and really have a nice showroom. On the other hand, all of this comes at a price. Their prices for the majority of their products is really high. If you see something you like, I can tell you, you can find it (or something similar) cheaper elsewhere. So, I like the store, the staff is friendly, but they are over priced. I guess if you are doing a small project it's ok, but anything over 900 Sq ft you'll be paying more for the same product.

Good store but terrible customer service at the receiving curbside warehouse. Understaffed and under experienced. Basically a bunch of kids working in the warehouse More interested in using their phones than helping customers.

Nice store, not many choices for granite counter tops though. Lots of choices for flooring, the store is clean. The employee that assisted us was nice, helpful, and courteous. Restrooms are also kept clean.

This was actually the first time I've shopped here, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of flooring and size of the samples. The sales assistants were also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
