We’ll I finally quit “El Super” in Moreno Valley. After being an employee of them for 2 weeks , I had enough. Shift was changed and scheduled for different times of the morning. Started at 6:00am and a few days later was changed to 3:00 am, but really wanted me there starting at 1:00 am. I refused. Training was a joke. Was supposedly going to get training for a couple weeks but that went downhill after a couple days. On my third day another employee quit and I was told that I’m supposed to pick up her work and that I’m supposed to produce 370 bolillos in 1 hour from mixing the dough to rolling them out. All the employees kept saying that I wasn’t going to make it. Instead of encouraging and helping so I could produce the bolillos it was the complete opposite. There’s nothing worse when your own Latino people won’t help you or encourage you to do better. Don’t recommended working at this store. By the way they don’t clean anything. Nothing is sanitized like it’s supposed to. Wet rag over everything is all they use.

This store is bad. It's dirty trash in produce department floors. Rude employees and the employees la m English and staff stand around a d make fun of customers.

I always visit this location and usually don't have an issue. Maria who was working cashier #6 was extremely rude. Didn't greet me, even after I said hi which okay I guess she had a long day but still your job is customer service at least fake a smile. When she finished ringing me up, she didn't even say the total just turned the other way and waited for me to pay. She should really be trained in customer service, again being that is what her job is. I will look for her next time to check out and hopefully her attitude is different. See you soon Maria! I only give it 1 star because the food is the only thing holding it together. Customer service is NO GOOD here AT ALL. Way to go Maria!

It is a great place to shop for anything Mexican. They make their own tortillas, right there at the entrance when you walk in. They have fresh deli that you can order and eat there. They have a butcher counter that offers up fresh cut meat and poultry at great prices. And the produce and fruits are fresh and organic. The prices are quite reasonable. It is truly a super market. Oh, and the people there are really friendly and very helpful.
