Carol gave me the most amazing customer service today. I ordered a Christmas gift for my aunt and uncle off of Amazon. I double checked and I put the correct address down and the third-party that shipped the gift messed up the address and the package wasn’t able to be delivered yesterday and when I called today Carol got in contact with the driver Who had the package on the truck to attempt a second delivery, and she told him the correct address and the package was delivered. And I am in Texas so I am so grateful! I really appreciate such amazing customer service thank you Carol

best post office in moreno valley !!:) not really any rude employees and it’s always great seeing franklyn who’s very helpful when it comes to shipping packages :) he helped me fill out a few things a couple of times which i really appreciate because any other employee would probably get annoyed but he takes his time to explain things to you !! :)

Made a passport appointment over a month ago and had it canceled 30 minutes prior the appointment time. I was already near the post office when it was canceled and when I asked why, I was told that the passport representative needed a lunch break and the system made a mistake. All appointments between 11am - 12pm are canceled for the entire month. Instead of giving me a heads up a day before the appointment, they decided to inform me of this the day of and only 30 minutes prior. Instead of fixing the situation and honoring the appointment, I was asked to go online and make a new one. They’re booked until mid October and now I have to go to a post office without photo services in a week and a half, due to schedule conflicts. Horrible customer service overall.

They are great. I come here almost every day. My only gripe is sometimes the shipping drop off table is full of packages. I wish they would make sure to keep the drop off table as clear as possible.
