Will not ever return again! Not even worth a star.They accused me of STEALING my meal lol after I came back thru the drive thru and told them my meal was wrong. It took them 30 mins possibly more to give me my money back because they wanted a receipt (I ordered online) I tried to show them on my phone the email receipt confirmation and they refused and said they need the paper receipt I informed them the cashier didn't give me a receipt. I then asked the cashier who rung me up if he remembered giving me this change as I showed him how he gave it too me and the amount and he looked me DEAD in my face and said he doesn't even remember me coming through the drive thru lmaooo I said siir how did I not come through if I have a big bag of food in my hand smh first and last I've always wanted to try white castle and doesn't look like I'll be having them anytime soon..

To start half the things on the menu were unavailable. They tooook forever, while we were in line 2 cars left the line after ordering. The employees seem to move real slow. Took them about 5 min to return with my card. For sure expected to wait about 30 min to get your food.

Ordered online got there when was to be ready wasn't had to wait an extra 15 minutes thought online was supposed to be better guess not tried 1921 burger wasn't bad I liked the taste a bit better than regular sliders

My wife's time at white castle, my first time in over 10 years. We will not be going back.....EVER!! They didn't make our food right. (Asked for no onion, got extra....on everything.) We went back and they made me give them the food back; through the drive thru window. On a better note, their pepper jack cheese is particularly spicy.
