Disappointed at the brand name at this location. They weren't that busy and the people that were working there acted like they didn't want to be there. I saw no manager on staff either The girl at the register did not speak very loud so she could not hear my order or my son's order very well. She forgot to add cookies to my order but gave them to me anyway.. My sandwich was pratically cold. Don't recommend anybody going to this location. The only reason I gave it one star is because of the Hardee's brand name

They took a very long time to take order, make the food,and give it to the buyers. Drive thru and registered were really bad. Cashier was really nice though.

Don't waste your money on this trashy place. They have I don't care attitudes, can't comprehend what you're saying to take your order, serve you old, stale hard buns, and then act like you are a problem and tell you it's not hard when you take it back and want a refund. No I'm sorry, no trying to make it right, just huff and puff and send you on your way. I mean, who wants food that has more condiments on the outside of the bun than inside and a bun so hard the top is literally flaking off of it. I literally just wasted my entire lunch break between dealing with their incompetent order taker, and then returning the food. I now have no lunch and have to go back to work. Great job Hardee's. Bravo.

You shouldnt have to confirm #4 and a large coke 4x to the drive through,when i got home 6 mins later the bun was hard and the meat was luke warm,not going back.This is what 9 bucks bought me.
