Very poor service had to repeat my order at least 4 times still didn't get it right. I then had to site behold a navy truck that never got his food nor mine. Everytime the speaker is out. I was in the drive Tru store was open and everyone was sitting outside. You need to hiring people that want to work not be lazy Rallys is there to serve the public not the employees I will be contacting BBC. You have very poor customer service you need to shut the doors.

Rally's smokehouse burger is really good, but they put to much mayonnaise on it. the fries were over cooked. Rally's is Rally's you get what you paid for.

we waited forever for our food (20 minutes! not exaggerating!) and they forgot my hamburger without cheese. the shakes were nasty. the burgers were fine, except the cheese is nasty... kids were really excited to have Rally's again since the one near our house shut down a while back, but I'm not that excited about going there ever again.

It was horrible, my order was wrong first off. And I had to wait in line for 30minutes just to be told I had to use the app, put my order in and still had to wait an extra hour. My food was thrown together wing sauce was everywhere and my fries (loaded garlic parmesan) was sitting in a puddle of grease... And the cashier had the nerve to talked crazy (look what I'm dealing with) and close the window... I just want my money back.... Use to be my favorite picture 😞😞😞
