Absolutely terrible. Very poor general manager with limited to no customer service capabilities.
The restaurant opens at 10 am...they are still closed at 10:30 am and have still said they will not be open for 20 more minutes....?

If you want to keep whining or complaining, call their office or the BBB. If it upsets you, don't go there.

Sounds like they had staff issues. When staff doesn't show up, place can't open. That still doesn't help explain for the general manager with the terrible poor customer service skills!
