I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option. This used to be one of the best McDonald’s and it has gone downhill. Employees are incredibly rude and slower than frozen molasses. The store is filthy and an employee (manager shirt) was actually vaping by the drive-through.

Urine all over bathroom floor,asked 4x in 1 hour to clean, she said we're short-staffed...I even offered to do it myself, she told me it's illegal...they made fun of me right in front of me & I asked what the problem was, she pretended it never happened, even though I repeated what I heard them say. Still dismissive. Also, they kick people out early who sit with laptop minding their own business, then let homeless people in the dining room sleep at the tables. Absolutely sickening.

The food is a bit hit and miss, especially with orders. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg add bacon and substitute folded egg. The sandwich I got had no sausage, which is a major part of the sandwich. I recommend if you have any substitutions or add ins for food to go inside and order it instead of the drive thru.
