I've been here countless times and have always been satisfied with the product selection. Customer service hasn't always been worthy of a 5 star rating... until most recently, when I was greeted by an ultra friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming employee- Jozzy! She provided excellent customer service, had great product knowledge and even recommended some things that I would have otherwise overlooked or not tried, without her expert opinion. She answered my questions and made me feel comfortable in the environment, and confident with my purchase. I think she's a great asset to this establishment and I will gladly return, as well as recommend this location to my friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star rated customer service!!

I've been twice thus far. It definitely fulfils my more free spirited side. This is a establishment that allows everyone to come explore whatever they want, and without judgment.

This place at first look is ok.. movies and toys a good selection... but that's where it ends.. The website talks about preview booths and shows a almost movie theater quality room.. Its not. In fact it has 2 levels and neither one has anything like that. The lower level is pretty nasty and dark.. has a couple rows of single booths and like 3 slightly larger and much smellier and way dirtier booths only about half of then have a chair and at least half of those are cheap lawn chair plastic ones... On top of that even tho you pay 6$ to enter the preview booth area (which is also poorly laid out) ever booth I entered and a quarter slot.. not sure what we were paying for since the videos were playing already but yeah.. Had it not been for the nice lady working there it get a 1 star ...
