LOVE the calzones and the pizza is higher quality than any other takeout like Domino's etc. The wings are actually close to bar quality, way better than "pizza place wings". Food here is expensive at retail price but there are always deals on the website or app that make it cheap. Quick service I eat here all the time!

If you like Marco's and want a pizza from this location, ONLY DO TAKEOUT so you can at least check your order before you leave. I've had multiple delivery orders messed up (FOUR total, EVERY time I've gotten delivery from this location). Most recently they didn't bring our whole order, just the pizza. I called to get a credit to my charge for the food we DIDN'T get, and the person on the phone didn't have a clue on what to do. She was going to see if they could get another salad delivered to me. She took my receipt number and phone number and I never got a call back, never got a salad, and never got a credit. The prior delivery experience was just as bad, as the driver had obviously tipped the box nearly vertical, the pizza was smashed to one side and toppings and cheese had slid off all over the box. Prior orders were wrong pizzas or wrong toppings. How do you mess it up EVERY TIME? They've screwed up toppings on my pickup orders, too, but at least you can check them before you leave. They have gladly re-made several pizzas that were wrong. Their customer service in-store is WAY better than delivery. But frankly the QC is so poor that we won't be patronizing them again at all.

We've been here several times, and I'd like to give it a 4 or 5 for having good pizza. The problem has been inconsistency in service (as in timing). They need to improve their forecasting, because it's extremely frustrating to be told your pizza will be ready in 25 minutes, and when you get there to pick it up you find out they are just starting to make it and you need to wait another 30 minutes! If your super busy, just say it will take 60 minutes or more.
